1. Description of Service
Financial Freedom is a personal finance tool that helps you track income, expenses, assets, and progress toward financial independence. The App does not provide investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with the App's security or integrity
- Use the App in a way that infringes third-party rights
3. Financial Disclaimer
All calculations, projections, charts, and price data are for informational purposes only. Investment decisions are your sole responsibility. The developer is not liable for losses arising from decisions based on App content.
4. Data Responsibility
- The App does not require an account; data is stored on your device.
- You are responsible for protecting your device, backups, and exported files.
- The developer cannot recover data after device loss or deletion without a backup.
5. Pro and In-App Purchases
- Pro features unlock via a one-time in-app purchase.
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Use "Restore Purchases" with the same store account to recover Pro on a new device.
6. Regional Features
Some features (e.g. BES pension tracking, TEFAS fund prices) are available when the app language is set to Turkish. Other features are available globally.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and branding are owned by the developer. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
